A day after members of a right-wing outfit were booked for entering the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) campus in Pune and assaulting some students, police registered a case Wednesday against six students of the institute over displaying a banner and posters with alleged “objectionable” matter, based on a cross-complaint lodged Tuesday night.
The complaint was lodged by Rutuja Mane, the women’s wing president of Samast Hindu Bandhav Samajik Sanstha.
