Well, the viewers at IIFA definitely know what happens when the duo come together. Setting the stage on fire with their impeccable dance moves, Prabhu Deva joined Shahid Kapoor for a brief act on the stage of the awards ceremony, which was held in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

The beautiful evening of glitz and glamour was not only about celebrating the work of film industry in 2023 but it also saw several intriguing, peppy, lively, and fun performances from some of the biggest celebs from the industry. Among them was Shahid Kapoor, who has had a great 2024 with the success of Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. It is being said that the actor put an extensive performance with several dance numbers including his own chartbusters and it seems that he also had some special guests on stage. The moment turned iconic when he was accompanied by dancing legend Prabhu Deva and the duo were seen performing on the latter’s cult track ‘Muqabla’ and the audiences were more than excited to see this fun dance-off of sorts between both celebrities.
Apart from him, Shahid’s recent co-star Kriti Sanon too joined him on stage for a short performance. It seems that the actor also received a grand entry, leaving his fans excited when he arrived on stage on a bike.
It is being said that the starry evening was peppered many such amazing and power-packed performances from many celebrities who attended the award ceremony. The evening honored the works of several blockbusters from the Hindi film industry which released in 2023 like Animal, Jawan, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, 12th Fail, among others.
