The NFL 2024 season is only getting exciting by the minute. As the players enter Week 14 of this NFL season, there are a lot of spots for the teams to accommodate. With around 12 spots remaining, the competition is pretty intense at this point of time. Two teams who have had an exceptional run on the field this season – the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs have already entered into the NFL. There are a lot of debates around this also, considering even though the Kansas City Chiefs remained undefeated throughout all the matches, three weeks ago they faced their first loss against the Buffalo Bills. With a score of 31-20, it had shaken up the confidence of the Kansas City Chiefs players, coaches and fans. However, much to the delight of fans and experts, the Kansas City Chiefs regained their momentum and defeated the San Francisco 49ers to finally enter the NFL Playoffs.
Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs Are Enjoying a Good Position, But What About Los Angeles Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, and the Denver Broncos?
With their spectacular performances this year, both the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs have entered the NFL AFC Playoffs confidently. But as per analysis based on data of Stephen Oh of SportsLine, things are looking interesting for the other teams.
The Pittsburgh Steelers will probably be a strong contender belonging to AFC North and has a 75% chance to get an entry into the playoffs. When it comes to AFC South, the Houston Texans have a 97.6% chance to enter into the playoffs.
For the other teams including the Los Angeles Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, and the Denver Broncos, they are still strong contenders and might be able to fill up the remaining spots in the NFL AFC. Denver Broncos, especially have a 79.6% chance of doing so.

Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, and Seattle Seahawks Eyeing Top Spots While Teams Like Washington Commanders and Green Bay Packers Look to Make Their Move
The NFL NFC playoffs, however, paint a different situation and in contrast to the AFC playoffs which still has 12 spots, NFC Playoffs has only 7 spots remaining. Lesser spots will be equivalent to more intense competition amongst the teams.
Detroit Lions are in a really comfortable spot at the moment, with projections coming up to a whopping 35.5% chance in winning the NFC title. Philadelphia Eagles have a 97.1% chance to enter the playoffs.
Seattle Seahawks is dominating NFC West and has a 53.5% chance of winning the title. However, things are not looking that bright for the Green Bay Packers and the Washington Commanders who without a wild card entry, might not be able to enter the NFC Playoffs.
