Union home minister Amit Shah said Saturday the country will be free from Naxalism in the next three years. Addressing Sashastra Seema Bal’s 60th Raising Day at Salonibari in Assam’s Sonitpur district, Shah praised the force for performing effectively against Maoist insurgents in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar. “In the next three years, under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, the country will be 100% free from the Naxal problem,” he said.
