The lawsuits against hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs are piling up with three men now coming forward to sue the star over claims that he ‘drugged and raped them’.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra filed the suits in New York state Supreme Court on behalf of three men who have stayed anonymous. The men have all accused Combs, of serving them spiked drinks and sexually assaulting them between 2019 and 2022.
“This is a long overdue opportunity for the victims to take the power back after carrying the burden of the assaults in silence for several years,” he said in a statement. “While a lawsuit will not undo the wrongs done to them, it enables the survivors to regain the power and dignity that was stripped from them by Sean Combs.”

Attorneys for Combs, 55-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records, said the claims are baseless.
“These complaints are full of lies,” the lawyers wrote in a statement, declining to elaborate. “We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
According to reports, one of the men claimed that Combs drugged and raped him in 2020 when the two met at the InterContinental hotel in Times Square to discuss payments that were owed to him as a longtime employee of the entrepreneur. “[After] the rape, defendant Sean Combs told plaintiff that going to the police will make [him] ‘look like an idiot’ and that because Combs is ‘Diddy,’ plaintiff would never be able to substantiate his claims against [him].”
The second claimed that he met Combs in 2019 at a Manhattan nightclub and was invited to an afterparty at his suite at the Park Hyatt hotel, where he was also drugged and raped. “While plaintiff was sitting on the bed, feeling disoriented, defendant Sean Combs looked at him and the other people in the room and said, ‘He is ready to party,'” the suit alleges.

The man claims that he fell unconscious and then briefly woke up during the assault, where he saw Combs and also saw a man and woman recording him. He also alleged that he was given $2,500 after the attack by a man who had been recording the bedroom assault.
The third man claims he was drugged and raped by Combs and associates from his record label during a summertime party in 2020 at Combs’ mansion in East Hampton, New York. “Throughout the rest of the night, plaintiff faded in-and-out of consciousness, plaintiff attempted to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so. [He] had not consented to this kind of sexual activity, or any, and had been incapable of consent while unconscious,” the suit alleges.
Combs’ conduct was “shocking and outrageous” beyond “the reasonable bounds of decency,” reads the suit.

Each of the three men seeks a jury trial and to be awarded unspecified damages from Combs.
Combs has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he coerced and abused women for years, using a network of associates and employees to hold drug-fueled, elaborately produced sexual performances known as “Freak Offs” involving male sex workers. Combs has been seeking to be released until his trial in May but was denied bail a third time last month and remains in a federal jail in Brooklyn.
