Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior BJP leaders on Sunday congratulated Nitish Kumar on taking oath as chief minister.

“NDA government formed in Bihar will leave no stone unturned for the development of the state and to fulfil the aspirations of its people,” the PM said in a post on X, adding, “I congratulate Nitish Kumar as the chief minister and Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Sinha on taking oath as deputy chief ministers.”
The PM further said, “I am confident that the new team will serve my family members of the state with full dedication.”
