Kaushal, who depicted Udham Singh in the 2021 film Sardar Udham, shared his thoughts via an Instagram story. He wrote, “Powerful and moving! Can’t wait to watch it on the big screen!” His film focused on Udham Singh’s quest for justice after surviving the massacre.
Kesari Chapter 2: A New Perspective
Kesari Chapter 2 explores the aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre through a courtroom drama. Akshay Kumar plays C. Sankaran Nair, a lawyer who fought to expose the truth behind the tragedy. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the film also stars R. Madhavan and Ananya Panday and will be released worldwide on April 18, 2025.
