The development comes amidst Gautam Singhania’s ongoing divorce proceedings with Nawaz Modi, who is demanding 75 percent of his wealth as a part of the settlement to secure the financial well-being of their two daughters, Niharika and Nisha.
Gautam Singhania announced his separation from Modi in November, with her seeking a substantial portion from his Rs 11,000 crore wealth.
