NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the opening of two new consulates in Russia. Addressing the Indian diaspora at an event in Moscow, PM Modi hailed the India-Russia relationship. He also told the diaspora that each one of them is the country’s brand ambassador. PM Modi also told the community that he would work three times harder in the third term for the people of the country.
