NEW DELHI: ED on Tuesday opposed the bail plea of British national and alleged middleman Christian Michel James in the money laundering case linked to Rs 3,600-crore AgustaWestland chopper case before Delhi HC.
Appearing before Justice Dinesh Kumar Sharma, the ED counsel said James was a flight risk and the gravity of the offence did not merit relief to him. The HC posted the matter for hearing in Jan 2025.
