Ameesha Patel shared videos on X to defend her claim about Gadar 2‘s climax after director Anil Sharma denied it. In the clips, Sharma is seen describing the climax, where Sakina kills the villain when he illegally enters India.
Ameesha Patel reacted to the claims made by Anil Sharma during his recent interview stating, “Wonder what he has to say when there is a video in circulation where @Anilsharma_dir is openly talking to me and narrating that I will kill the villain!! Since u might have missed it !! I will share it on Twitter.”
She went on to share three videos on her X account, describing them as follows: “Part 1—of the video where @Anilsharma_dir is openly talking and narrating to me that I will kill the villain in Gadar 2 in the climax!! Posting Part 2 and Part 3 of the video as well!! I wonder how @Anilsharma_dir can now claim anything else! The video is proof.”
Another one was captioned, ‘@Anilsharma_dir, please reply to everyone about this video!! The world knows the truth!! How will you deny it when the video is proof of your fraudulent promise??”
Anil recently addressed Ameesha Patel’s claims in an interview with Vickey Lalwani, saying the Gadar 2 climax wasn’t changed without her knowledge. He added that she’s still part of the family and remembered her spending 5–6 hours daily preparing for her role as Sakina.
The director said Ameesha was chosen for the role because of her looks and how well she fit the character. While she wasn’t a strong performer initially, she worked hard to become Sakina. Regarding the climax change, he added that if she knows better, she’s free to make her own film.
