Anushka Sharma may be away from films for now, but the actress continues to win hearts on social media with her heartfelt posts about her life and her babies. The actress, in February, along with her husband and cricket star Virat Kohli, announced the arrival of their son child, baby boy Akaay. On August 19, Anushka took to social media to share a glimpse of the Raksha Bandhan festivities which is special for her since it marks the first Rakhi celebrations of Vamika with her younger brother.

In the small glimpse she posted on social media, she shared a photo of colourful crochet rakhis created in the form of a car which looked adorable, and it seems that Vamika and Akaay would have really loved to get this special gift from each other. Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli who are travelling and enjoying their time with their kids and it seems they also had low-key Raksha Bandhan celebrations.
Readers would be aware that the couple is often seen spending time travelling and exploring new locations. Besides that, the two of them have also shared several key moments from their spiritual journey too on the platform.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma wrapped up the shoot of her cricket biopic on Jhulan Goswami, called Chakda Xpress in 2022. While the film was to release on Netflix, there has been no update on the same. While the actress is continuing with her modelling projects and doing commercials, she is yet to share details on her upcoming films. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli too has announced his retirement from the T20 format, which he announced after India’s win against South Africa earlier in June this year.
