Ashutosh Rana, who is an renowned Indian actor, producer, author and television personality, is expected to add another feather to his cap. After working in Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil films as well as also dabbling in Indian television shows, the actor is all set to play a pivotal role in an upcoming theatre production. Interestingly, while Rana is known for his iconic negative roles in films, continuing the same, he is expected to essay the character of one of the biggest grey characters in the history of Indian mythology – Raavan in the upcoming theatre production, Humare Ram.

Ashutosh Rana, who has also been the author of a book named Ramrajya as well as a renowned philanthropist, is expected to play this role opposite Rahul Bhuchar and Harleen Kaur Rekhi, who will be seen as Ram and Seeta respectively. Produced by Felicity Theatre Production, the show is directed by Gaurav Bhhardwaj who is also the co-founder and creative director at SG Dream Media. Gaurav, who has showcased his talent in multiple projects and has worked with some of the renowned actors like Piyush Mishra, Anil Kapoor, Adil Hussain, Anant Mahadevan, Anand Tiwary, Mona Singh, Angad Bedi, Vidya Malavade to name a few, aims at mesmerising the audiences with his directorial skills and vision in Humare Ram.
On the work front, Ashutosh Rana received much love for his small but pivotal role as Colonel Luthra who is a part of the ambitious YRF spy universe, created by Aditya Chopra. The actor was also seen in a small but pivotal role in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan and the Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3. Speaking about his upcoming projects, he is expected to be an integral part of Fighter, which is slated for release on January 25 as well as in the Rohit Shetty film Singham Again.
