Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Cherukupally in Vizianagaram district secured NAAC A+ grade with a CGPA score of 3.28, according to a press release from the college management on Saturday. The NAAC team, which observed the facilities and infrastructure in the college on November 27 and 28, sent a communication to the institution about the sanctioning of the grade.
Chairman of Avanthi group of colleges, Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, congratulated the college principal, professors and others for striving hard to improve the standards of the college to meet the expectations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other organisations. He said that the college was giving priority to research and development.
