The Bollywood Hungama OTT Fest took place on October 3 and 4, 2024, at Taj Lands End in Mumbai, bringing together key figures from the entertainment industry to discuss the rapid evolution of India’s OTT platforms. Throughout the two-day event, celebrities participated in insightful discussions about the changing landscape of digital content creation. One of the highlights of the session was featuring Ananya Panday humorously expressed a desire to control the private account of none other than Ranbir Kapoor.

When asked which celebrities social media account she’d like to control, Ananya Panday flashed a mischievous grin and playfully revealed her desire to access Ranbir Kapoor’s private account. She said, “Ranbir [Kapoor], because I want him to go public with his Instagram account and start out. I will go and click the public button on his fake Instagram or his stalker account.”
In a recent interview with PTI, Ananya Panday recalled how her mother, costume designer Bhavana Pandey, was enraged to learn that she had surreptitiously made a Facebook account. Like any concerned mother, Bhavana swiftly canceled Ananya’s account, denying her daughter access for several years until she reached the legal age.
Ananya Panday revealed that she created her Instagram account before entering the acting industry, noting it was more private at that time. She shared her enjoyment of the platform, emphasizing her commitment to authenticity. The Call Me Bae actress mentioned that she posts freely and doesn’t take social media too seriously, even though her relationship with it continues to change.
On the work front, Ananya Panday was last seen in CTRL, which premiered on Netflix on October 4, 2024, where she plays Nalini Awasthi, also known as Nella. Vihaan Samat, known for his role in Mismatched, portrays her boyfriend, Joe Mascarenhas, in this cyber-thriller. Currently, she is busy filming her upcoming project titled Shankara.
