MEERUT: The brother of Mohd Sajid, who was killed in an “encounter” soon after he brutally killed two sons of his neighbour in Budaun, was arrested in Bareilly on Thursday, reports Sandeep Rai.
Javed surrendered at Baradari PS on Thursday. “Javed said on the day of crime, he and Sajid visited the children’s house. Sajid went upstairs while Javed remained outside. When Javed realised his brother had killed the kids, he fled, fearing he might be killed by locals,” said an officer. Meanwhile, the slain children’s autopsy revealed that Sajid had stabbed the elder of the two children, Ayush, 13 times, and his sibling Ahaan 11 times.
