Champions Trophy 2025: Top three batsmen and bowlers for New Zealand heading into the final

New Zealand is set to face India in the Final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 at the Dubai International Stadium, on Sunday.

This will be New Zealand’s third appearance in Champions Trophy finals and its seventh overall. New Zealand is the only team to have played in all the venues during the ongoing tournament.

New Zealand and India were part of the same group in the league phase. In the group stage encounter, the Blackcaps lost to India by 44 runs.

Barring the loss to India, its journey to the final has been a commendable one.

After back-to-back single digit scores, Kane Williamson came to the rescue with a gritty 81 against India and a pivotal 102 against South Africa. Williamson against India’s spinners in the Final will be a match defining contest.

Tom Latham – 191 runs

The Kiwi wicket keeper batter is the third highest run scorer for New Zealand this tournament with 191 runs at an average of 63.66 including a century against Pakistan.
