Fans of the long-awaited historical romance drama, ‘Check in Hanyang‘, get a sneak peek of the scorching hot first meeting between leads Bae In Hyuk and Kim Ji Eun.
Set in the Joseon era, ‘Check in Hanyang’ tells the story of aspiring youths who become “interns” at Yongcheonru, the kingdom’s most prestigious inn. Bae In Hyuk plays the role of Lee Eun Ho, a prince in hiding, while Kim Ji Eun portrays Hong Deok Soo, a determined woman who disguises herself as a man to infiltrate Yongcheonru.
In the newly leaked stills, the first meeting of Lee Eun Ho and Hong Deok Soo is hot and bothered. Trouble brews when Hong Deok Soo’s prized “red document” ends up in Lee Eun Ho’s possession. This vital document serves as the verification slip required to take Yongcheonru’s entrance exam that Hong Deok Soo desperately needs to solve the mystery of her father’s death. It was no mean accomplishment to get it either-she even had to indulge in gambling to obtain that for herself. Among other images, one represents the fierce glare of Hong Deok Soo who grips half of the torn red document, and another is seen having Lee Eun Ho pointed his sword’s scabbard into her throat. A so intense confrontation leaves an intense effect on both characters.
The production team of the drama explained, “From their first meeting, Lee Eun Ho and Hong Deok Soo will engage in a fierce conflict that sparks intrigue.
