DeepVeer fans who can’t stop cheering for their favourite couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, as they enter a new phase of their life. While Deepika seems to be enjoying these days of pregnancy and even making public appearances, the actress recently won hearts in her radiant look at the Kalki 2898 AD promotional event as she comfortably flaunted her baby bump. In a recent interaction, her physical trainer Anshuka Parwani shared details of how they are handling fitness during her pregnancy.

Anshuka opens up about their fitness goal for Deepika’s pregnancy
Readers would be aware that many actresses in the past have confessed that doing yoga and certain exercises have helped them during their pregnancy. Explaining the same, trainer Anushka Parwani pointed out that the ways they are trying to deal with fitness with the actress’ body undergoing extensive changes due to maternity. She said, “I mean right now we are looking at it very holistically. She is carrying a child so we have to look at it very carefully. We are going through a prenatal routine with her constantly, making sure every trimester is different”, she told in NDTV Swirlster.
She continued, “Preparing her for a very healthy baby and making sure that she is at her best throughout her pregnancy. So it is not only about how she is looking on the outside.” Furthermore, Anshuka also stated that she has been enjoying this process with Deepika Padukone because of the actress’ love for fitness and because she has always been health conscious. “It is so beautiful to work with someone who is already so aware. We are just looking at it like a healthy time in her life. She is enjoying her pregnancy, she is moving and is so active,” she added.
