Delhi government oath-taking: More than 50 film stars, industrialists, Swami Chidananda, Swami Chidananda, Baba Bageshwar Dhirendra Shastri and other seers, diplomats, farmers, beneficiaries of central schemes and BJP workers from other states who campaigned are likely to be invited

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) may invite former chief ministers of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi for its oath-taking ceremony, according to party sources.
Along with the newly appointed CM, members of the council of ministers and the lieutenant governor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and all chief ministers and deputy chief ministers of National Democratic Alliance-ruled states will also participate in the event.
According to ANI, the BJP Legislature Party will be held on February 19 and the swearing-in ceremony of the Delhi CM will be held on February 20. News18 had earlier reported that all party MLAs and seven MPs of Delhi will be present at the meeting where the leader of the legislative party will be elected. The leader will then meet the LG to stake claim to form government.
More than 1 lakh people are expected to attend the ceremony. Among the invitees will be saints, seers and prominent people, along with vistatak and pradhans of all jhuggi clusters.

Before the swearing-in ceremony, there will be a musical programme on the stage of Ramlila Maidan. Singer Kailash Kher is likely to perform at the event.

THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT
A huge pandal will be prepared for the swearing-in ceremony. Three separate stages are being made for the swearing-in ceremony. One stage will be 40 x 24 m and two stages will be 34 x 40 m. Around 150 chairs will be placed on all three stages.
The PM, lieutenant governor, newly appointed CM and other members of the council of ministers will be on one big stage. Senior BJP leaders and CMs will be on the other stages. All senior BJP leaders and ministers will be present at the ceremony.
Honored guests and saints will be given space on one stage. More than twenty thousand chairs and sofa sets will be placed in the ground. Red carpet will be laid on the entire ground.
THE CM CONTENDERS
Five names have emerged for the Delhi CM post including- Parvesh Verma who defeated AAP’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal in New Delhi constituency and Ramesh Bidhuri who was defeated by former Chief Minister Atishi from Kalkaji seat. BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, Kapil Mishra, Ashish Sood, Rekha Gupta, and Vijender Gupta may also be considered by the BJP leadership for the CM position.

THE RETURN AFTER 27 YEARS
The Delhi Legislative Assembly elections were held on February 5. As the results were announced on February 8, the BJP won 48 of the 70 seats, returning to power in Delhi after 27 years.
The AAP, which was in power for the past 10 years, won 22 seats.
In an embarrassment, several prominent leaders and cabinet ministers including AAP national convener Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendra Kumar Jain, Somnath Bharti, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Rakhi Birla, and Durgesh Pathak lost their seats.
