NEW DELHI: The lieutenant governor of Delhi on Friday gave prosecution sanction against author Arundhati Roy under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for a ‘provocative’ speech she delivered at an event in 2010, according to officials from Raj Niwas.
