Actor Trishaan. who’s known for his roles in McMafia, Kaun Pravin Tambe?, Kaala, and most recently Loot Kaand and Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, has not only made a mark with his performances but also played a unique role behind the scenes in Bollywood. While working on the sports drama Gold, Trishaan took on the task of dialect coaching for superstar Akshay Kumar, helping him perfect the Bengali accent required for his role.

Reflecting on the experience, Trishaan told Bollywood Hungama, “I had to reverse train Akshay to speak wrong Hindi, which was an interesting challenge. This experience came after watching my Bengali friends attempting to speak in Hindi, and I used that understanding to guide him. It wasn’t just about teaching the Bengali accent, it was about authentically capturing the nuances of how a native Bengali speaker would navigate Hindi.” Trishaan’s linguistic expertise and deep understanding of regional accents played a crucial role in making Akshay Kumar’s character more believable. His unique approach to coaching, inspired by real-life interactions, added authenticity to the film’s portrayal of Bengali-speaking characters.
Beyond his work as a dialect coach, Trishaan has continued to build an impressive acting career, seamlessly transitioning between global projects like McMafia and Indian web series such as Kaala and Loot Kaand. His latest appearance in Khakee: The Bengal Chapter further showcases his versatility as an actor.
