The Hamas militant group carried out a midnight rocket attack targeting Israeli city of Netivot on New Year. The Palestinian group reportedly fired two rockets and the same was confirmed by the Israeli Defence Forces. IDF said it intercepted one of the rockets while the other one fell in an open area.
