NEW DELHI: Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf displayed a confident celebration, reminiscent of Hardik Pandya‘s style, during the third ODI against Australia in Perth on Sunday.
During the 14th over, Haris, who claimed two wickets in the match, delivered a short-pitched delivery outside off stump. Matthew Short attempted a pull shot, but Irfan Khan, positioned at deep square leg, completed the catch successfully.
After taking the wicket, Haris performed a celebration similar to India’s star allrounder Hardik Pandya’s gesture from the T20 World Cup match against Pakistan, where he had dismissed Shadab Khan in a group-stage match.
Hardik had previously showcased the ‘shoulder shrug’ celebration when India secured the ICC title on June 29.
