TV actor Hina Khan’s down-to-earth nature has allowed her to form strong connections in the industry. A recent instance of this was her “fan moment” with veteran actor Dharmendra, who video-called her to offer his blessings as she fights stage three breast cancer.

Hina posted a screengrab on her Instagram Stories showing Dharmendra during their video call. He was seen wearing a maroon T-shirt and a black cap, while Hina wore a grey top. She called the moment a truly fulfilling “FAN MOMENT.”
She captioned the photo, “When the OG superman of India appreciates your strength and journey and gives you his warmest blessings. Thank you for video calling Dharam uncle. I am coming to see you soon. And love you so so much.”
In June 2024, Hina Khan was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer, which she revealed on Instagram. She kept fans updated on her treatment while prioritizing her health over her career. Now recovered, she has resumed work and continues to inspire others through her social media posts.
On the work front, Hina, among India’s highest-paid TV actors, last appeared in the 2024 web series Namacool, portraying Rubiya alongside Abhinav Sharma and Aaron Arjun Koul. The series revolved around best friends Mayank and Piyush, who found themselves entangled in a murder accusation. Up next, Hina will star as Radhika Shroff in the web series Seven One.
