Hina also released a video today in which she disclosed that she was wearing a wig made from her own hair. She also wrote a lengthy statement, stating that she feels reconnected with her hair in this way.

Hina posted the video on Instagram with the captioned, “The moment I was diagnosed, I knew I’d lose my hair, I chose to cut it off on my own terms while it was still healthy, long and vibrant. I decided to make a wig of my OWN hair that would bring me comfort during this challenging time. And I must say It was an empowering decision, and I’m so proud of it. And I want to send out a special message to all my Women brave hearts out there who are going through similar struggles.. if you resonate with my decision and agree with it ..I suggest you too do the same .. it will make at least one thing much easier and you will feel better.. you will feel home.”
Hina Khan took to Instagram to share the footage, writing, “Hina Khan has opened up about experiencing severe pain due to her chemotherapy sessions amid her cancer diagnosis.” The former Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress resorted to Instagram to share a video of herself arriving to a gym in Mumbai despite the heavy rains. Hina discussed the necessity of fitness in the midst of her cancer treatment. She added that chemotherapy agony causes her legs and feet to numb, yet working out makes her feel powerful both physically and mentally.
