The Hindu side has filed a caveat before Allahabad HC that if the Muslim side files a petition in Sambhal mosque case, then no order should be passed without hearing their side. On Nov 20, the civil judge of Sambhal had ordered survey of the Shahi Jama Masjid.
Meanwhile, a PIL was filed before HC seeking an FIR against Sambhal’s DM, SP, and station house officer, besides their arrest in connection with the Sambhal violence.
