WWE Royal Rumble 2025 Champion Jey Uso, who is set to lock horns with Gunther at the upcoming WrestleMania 41 on April 19, 2025, recently expressed his desire to have US rapper and singer Sexxy Red to accompany him to the ring at the Show of Shows.
Initially, the current champion revealed that he wants either Cardi B or Sexxy Red to accompany him to the ring. No sooner did Jey Uso request the US pop sensations to join him at the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther than Sexxy Red responded to the WWE star’s request. Will Sexxy Red accompany WWE star Jey Uso?
WWE star Jey Uso has recently asked US pop sensation Sexxy Red to accompany him to the ring at WrestleMania 41, as the WWE heavyweight champion will face Gunther for the world title at WrestleMania 41, at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
During an interview in this week’s WWE Raw Recap podcast, Jey Uso was asked who he would like to escort him to the ring for his World Heavyweight Championship match. Uso responded that he wanted someone such as Cardi B or Sexxy Red to accompany him to the ring. But, later revealed that she wants Sexxy Red to appear with him during the match.
Jey Uso in the interview stated, “I want a female though, a female rapper, Uce. Cardi B. We out there in New York. You know what I’m saying? Sexyy Red, you’ve been down there a couple of times at NXT.” He continued, “You can YEET with me up here, too.” (source: Fightful)
Meanwhile, Sexxy Red has responded to Jey Uso’s request, and it seems she is ready to appear on the Show of Shows with Jey Uso. The US star has taken to her Twitter account and expressed her interest in escorting Uso during the match. Taking to her X handle, Sexxy Red wrote: “Yal tell Jey Uso I’m there!”
