The senior Indian men’s football on Thursday announced its squad of 25 players for the crucial AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Final Round qualifier match against Hong Kong, China.
On Wednesday, the Blue Tigers lost a FIFA international friendly against Thailand o-2, where it held a preparatory camp. Prior to its departure from Thailand, three players – defender Subhasish Bose, goalkeeper Hrithik Tiwari, and defender Mehtab Singh – were released from the camp and will be returning directly to India.
This adjustment sees head coach Manolo Marquez finalize a 25-member contingent for the vital away fixture.
