JAIPUR: Jayshree Periwal International School (JPIS) emerged champions in the International Schools Sports Organization (ISSO) National Games for U-19 boys football here on Saturday.
The fifth and final day of the 6th ISSO National Games 2024-25 witnessed a one-sided summit clash where the JPIS boys team drubbed Aditya Birla World Academy with a commanding scoreline of 5-0.
Ayushman Soni was honoured with the prestigious ‘golden gloves’ prize for his exceptional goalkeeping skills. The ‘golden boot’ was awarded to Rafael, who displayed an incredible scoring ability by netting 14 goals during the tournament.
The match, marked by a display of skill, teamwork, and determination, saw JPIS assert their dominance right from the start, with exceptional plays that left their opponents struggling to keep pace. This victory is a testament to their consistent excellence throughout the tournament.
