Kamal Haasan shared a heartfelt note after his dear friend, superstar Rajinikanth, was hospitalized due to reportedly a swelling in the main blood vessel leaving his heart. Kamal took to his Twitter handle and wished for a speedy recovery for his fellow actor.
“I wish my dear friend, Superstar @rajinikanth, who is hospitalized, a speedy recovery,” Kamal shared on his Twitter account.

On September 30, Rajinikanth was admitted to a hospital in Chennai. In a statement released earlier today, the hospital confirmed that doctors performed a non-surgical procedure to address the issue. ANI recently shared a statement from the Apollo Hospital: “He (Rajinikanth) had a swelling in the main blood vessel leaving his heart, which was treated by a non-surgical transcatheter method.” They added, “We would like to let his well-wishers and fans know that the procedure went as planned. Mr. Rajinikanth is stable and doing well. He should be home in two days.”

The 73-year-old actor was hospitalized after experiencing stomach pain. His wife, Latha Rajinikanth, reassured the media that “all is well,” but declined to provide further details about his health.
On the work front, Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of ‘Vettaiyan’ on October 10. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, the film also features Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. He will also collaborate with Lokesh Kanagaraj for ‘Coolie.’
