Kim Kardashian and Kanye “Ye” West recently put their differences aside for their son Saint ans had a reunion. The two were spotted together in a rare, public co-parenting moment, and it’s a reminder of how hard they’re working to prioritize their children.
In pictures obtained by Page Six, Kardashian and West attended Saint’s basketball game recently. The Kardashian fame was dressed in a white tank top, black jacket, and black hat, while Ye wore a black t-shirt. Their daughter Chicago, 6, sat in between them, wearing a black jacket with her hair in two pigtails. The former partners talked before Kardashian turned to text on her phone and the “Heartless” rapper stared straight ahead.
Kardashian and West, who also share kids North, 10, and Psalm, 4, got married in 2014. The two split after seven years of marriage in Feb. 2021 and finalized their divorce in Nov. 2022. Kanye married Bianca Censori less than a month later, while Kim moved on with Pete Davidson in Oct. 2021 before breaking up in Aug. 2022. The Kardashians star has been honest about the struggles of co-parenting with Kanye. “Co-parenting is hard,” she said in a Dec. 2022 appearance on the Angie Martinez IRL podcast. “It’s really f—king hard.”
Kardashian revealed, “I definitely protected him, and I still will in the eyes of my kids, for my kids. So, in my home, my kids don’t know anything that goes on on the outside world. … I’m holding on by a thread. I know I’m so close to that not happening. While that’s still happening, I will protect that to the ends of the earth, as long as I can.”
