KMC warns action against those who deface the city

Kurnool Municipal Corporation (KMC) Commissioner S. Ravindra Babu on Tuesday has warned action against those who paste posters and tie banners at important junctions, road dividers and other government properties in the city. In a statement, the Commissioner said that the pasting of banners and tying posters on electric poles between the medians and other places is damaging the beautification works taken up at a high cost in the city. He appealed to the political parties, religious organisations and private companies to cooperate with the Corporation and warned fine and action as per the law against those who deface the city.
