Fans of Manchester United and Liverpool over the years have debated which club is the most successful in England.
With Liverpool winning its 20th league title on Sunday, it has added further gap between itself and Manchester United in the honours column.
As it stands, Liverpool has 52 major honours, while Manchester United has 47.
However, there is a discrepancy in the honours list between both clubs when it comes to considering the Community Shield as a major trophy.
If the Community Shield wins are added to each team’s trophy list, then Manchester United and Liverpool would both have 68 trophies each.
