Only a few days are needed for the Dulquer Salmaan starrer thriller film ‘Lucky Baskhar’ to rake in Rs 40 crores.
As reported by the Sacnilk website, ‘Lucky Baskhar’ has managed to mint Rs 38.95 crores from the Indian market in 7 days. On day 7, Wednesday, the movie collected Rs 2.75 crores as per the early estimates. Although there is a slow and downward momentum witnessed in its day-wise collection, with good reviews pouring in, ‘Lucky Baskhar’ may have a safe run in cinemas.

On day 7, ‘Lucky Baskhar’ maintained an overall 20.05 percent Telugu occupancy with morning shows at 14.38 percent, afternoon shows at 19.97 percent, evening shows at 20.92 percent, and night shows at 24.92 percent.
Meanwhile, the Tamil occupancy on Wednesday was 29.88 percent for ‘Lucky Baskhar’. In Dulquer Salmaan’s forte, Kerala, the movie had maintained 23.74 percent occupancy on November 6. On day 6 the movie had minted Rs 80 lakhs from Kerala which is impressive because ‘Lucky Baskhar’ is a dubbed film.
Recently during the Kerala promotions for the most awaited film ‘Kanguva’, the actor Suriya said that he wants everyone to watch ‘Lucky Baskhar’ in theatres as it is getting good reviews from all over.
Directed by Venky Atluri, ‘Lucky Baskhar’, starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead, received good reviews from the audiences majorly for the magnificent performances and stunning direction.
On the other hand, Dulquer Salmaan has a couple of highly awaited projects in the pipeline including an untitled film which is directed by the ‘RDX’ fame Nahas Hidayath.
