Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s much-awaited Telugu film Thandel released on February 7, meeting fans’ high expectations. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti with music by Devi Sri Prasad, the film has impressed audiences with its emotional depth and powerful performances.
Amid the film’s success, Naga Chaitanya’s father, veteran actor Nagarjuna, shared his pride on social media. Posting on X (formerly Twitter), he shared a heartfelt message along with a picture of him hugging his son and the official Thandel poster. His words deeply touched fans.

He went on to acknowledge the unwavering support of Akkineni fans, saying, “You have stood by us like family, and Thandel’s success is as much yours as it is ours. Thank you for your endless love and support! Gratitude 🙏🙏🙏✨.”

Nagarjuna also extended his appreciation to the entire Thandel team, expressing, “A BIG BIG thank you to #AlluAravind garu and @TheBunnyVas. Thandel also stars Prakash Belawadi, Divya Pillai, Rao Ramesh, and Karunakaran in key roles. The film is based on a real 2018 incident where fishermen from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, unknowingly crossed into Pakistani waters and were detained.
