Readers would be aware that amid many Bollywood celebs who welcome Ganpati Bappa with much grandeur is also the Kapoor family. Keeping up with the traditions, the Kapoor family celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi in a homely manner. Unlike many others who decided to do visarjan on the second day, Ranbir Kapoor was seen attending the Visarjan ceremony with mother Neetu Kapoor on the fifth day.

Sharing a glimpse of the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations was yesteryear actress Neetu Kapoor. She shared a photo of her making her way to bid adieu to Bappa where Ranbir Kapoor was seen accompanying her and carrying the idol. Apart from that she also shared a photo of their adorably decorated Idol before the Visarjan ceremont. Sharing it on her Instagram page, Neetu wrote the famous Marathi words, “Pudchya Varshi lavkar ya (Do return early next year)” as they bid farewell to the Lord.
Meanwhile, several other photos and videos of the Kapoor family from the Visarjan venue found its way on social media. In one of the videos, the Kapoor boy is seen performing aarti along with his mother, whereas in another one, they are seen bidding farewell to the Lord as it is immersed in the water.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor is soon expected to reunite with wife Alia Bhatt onscreen in the highly-anticipated film Love & War that will also see him reunite with his mentor Sanjay Leela Bhansali and actor-friend Vicky Kaushal. Apart from that, the actor also has the epic saga of Ramayana with Sai Pallavi in the pipeline along with Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park, a sequel to Animal (2023).
