NIMS MD presents Pope with handcrafted dining plates

NIMS Medicity managing director (MD) and pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Nurul Islam University M.S. Faisal Khan presented Pope Francis with dining plates carefully handcrafted by the Vellar Community in Kerala recently. Mr. Khan and his wife, Fathima Misag, had gone to the Vatican as delegates of the All Faith Conference organised by the Aluva Advaitha Ashramam in Rome to celebrate the centenary of a similar conclave organised by Sree Narayana Guru in Kerala.
