After veteran actor Mukesh Khanna ruled out Ranveer Singh and Tiger Shroff as the new Shaktimaan, Kartik Aaryan is emerging as the top contender for the iconic role.
According to a report in Hindustan Times, the latest buzz is that Kartik has been approached for the Shaktimaan movie, and the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 star is reportedly considering the offer. This is exciting news since Kartik is already a fan favourite and has great appeal at the box office. It would also be fun to see him play a superhero for the first time.
As soon as the news started doing the rounds on social media, comments poured in from all sides. While one Reddit user wrote, ‘This would be carrer suicide for Kartik Aryan’, another one added, ‘Not sure how true this news is but if you are a successful actor you should steer clear of this disaster…’

Initially, there were rumours that Ranveer Singh would be cast as the lead in the Shaktimaan movie. However, Mukesh Khanna, the original Shaktimaan from the TV show, made it clear that he doesn’t want Ranveer in the role, citing the actor’s “image” as the reason. When asked about Tiger Shroff potentially taking on the role, Mukesh dismissed the idea, calling the muscular actor “a child among children.”
