Post the Pahalgam attack, there’s a major question on whether Pakistani artists will be allowed to work in India. Amidst that, it has been reported that Hania who was supposed to star opposite Diljit Dosanjh in ‘Sardaarji 3‘ has been dropped out of the project. Reports also suggested that after Hania has been dropped out, some portions of the film will have to be shot again.
This incident has also led to a demand in complete ban on Pakistani artists working in India. Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) reiterated its directive to ban Pakistani artists. In a statement, they said, “In light of the recent attack in Pahalgam, FWICE is once again compelled to issue a blanket boycott on all Pakistani artists, singers and technicians participating in any Indian film or entertainment projects. This includes performances or collaborations occurring anywhere in the world.”
