The Andhra Pradesh government has constituted a committee to select a software firm to entrust it with the work related to processing of pre-examination and post-examination data and results, scanning work, digitisation and on-screen evaluation of re-verification and recounting applications for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations, Advanced Supplementary Examinations and other minor exams.
The firm will be tasked with maintaining the official website, Digilocker service and development of other web applications for the 2024-25 academic year.
The committe has Secretary, School Education Department as its Chairman, while Additional Secretary of Information Technology, Electronic and Communications Department, Additional Secretary, Finance Department and Commissioner/Director of School Education are its members. The Director of Government Examinations is also a member and the convener of this committee.
A G.O. to this effect was released on Friday (December 20).
