Actress Parvati Nair is currently under investigation for allegedly mistreating a worker named Subhash. A complaint lodged by Subhash, who previously served as a helper at both KJR Studios and Parvati’s home, has led to the registration of a case against her. In response to the situation, Parvati Nair has finally addressed the issue through a statement on her social media.
Parvati wrote on her Twitter account, “I have endured a prolonged and distressing period of harassment for the past two years, following a theft at my residence in October 2022.Valuable items worth Rs 18 lakh were stolen from my home, and I promptly filed a police complaint. The case was registered against four individuals, one of whom was Mr. Subhash. Upon learning of the complaint, Mr. Subhash demanded that his name be removed from the list of accused individuals, threatening retaliation should I refuse.”

She accused the domestic worker of filing a fake complaint. “Within weeks of this incident, and just a day after being dismissed from the production company, Mr. Subhash filed a fabricated counter-complaint against me and others, misleading the media to spread false and damaging claims about me, tarnishing my reputation. He further violated my privacy by distributing unpublished photographs of mine to the press, continuing his campaign of harassment.”

She further clarified, “I filed another case against him for these violations, and he was remanded to judicial custody. A final report has now been filed by the police, and the proceedings are pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate – XIV, Egmore. Additionally, I filed a civil suit for defamation before the Hon’ble City Civil Court, and the Honourable Court granted an interim injunction on 19.01.2023, restraining Mr. Subhash and anyone else (including the press) from speaking, publishing, or republishing anything against me or distributing such materials to the media that would defame my image in the film industry.”
She also admitted that the narrative is taking a turn with the mention of his caste, which she was completely unaware of: “I want to categorically state that I do not discriminate or differentiate on the basis of caste. In fact, I was completely unaware of Mr. Subhash’s caste until I received this notice.”
He also stated that he not only tried to blackmail her for Rs 1 crore but also “threatened to kill me in his earlier communication with the production house.” She is trying to deal with the mental health threat it caused and conveyed her gratitude toward the people who stood by her side.
Several items, including a watch, laptop, camera, and mobile phone, went missing from Nair’s home during Subhash’s time there. Following this, she filed a theft complaint against the helper. In response, he made alarming allegations against the actress, claiming that she had abused him and subsequently filed his own complaint.
