Prithviraj Sukumaran has now revealed that, for weight loss, he even fasted for up to 72 hours. Talking to Hindustan Times, the actor revealed that the weight loss for ‘Aadujeevitham’ was different as it was not just about losing weight; he had to look like someone who has no access to enough food and is starving most of the time. “The only way I could do that is to actually adopt that process, which means that my transformation was almost entirely based on fasting. At times, I used to fast for up to 72 hours,” Prithviraj Sukumaran revealed.

And that is when the real challenge kicks in.” He also shared that the aim was to lose as much weight as possible, but even he himself was shocked to find out he lost 31 kilos. He also confessed that he was mentally prepared to undergo the drastic makeover and was aware that it would take a toll on his health and body.
