Russian President Vladimir Putin stepped foot in ICC member country Mongolia on Monday and met with his Mongolian counterpart today after another grand welcome. Its been nearly 24 hours since his visit, and Mongolia is still showing no signs of arresting Putin amid an active ICC arrest warrant against him for alleged war crimes in Ukraine. This has angered Ukraine. The foreign ministry called Mongolia’s failure to arrest Putin a heavy blow to the International Criminal Court and the law system. Watch.
