Bollywood stars Shraddha Kapoor and her father Shakti Kapoor have made a significant real estate investment, purchasing a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower for a whopping Rs 6.24 crores. The deal, which was finalized on January 13, 2025, adds to the duo’s growing portfolio of properties in the city. The apartment, which boasts breathtaking views of the racecourse and the sea, spans 1,042.73 sq ft and includes two balconies. The per-square-foot price of the property stands at Rs 59,875.

The prestigious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower is known for its high-end amenities and exclusive location in Mumbai. Shraddha Kapoor and Shakti Kapoor’s new property is situated in a prime area of the city, offering expansive views and spacious living. The transaction documents, accessed by Zapkey, confirm that the property was sold by Glyder Buildcon Realtors Private Limited. This is one of the latest additions to Shraddha Kapoor’s property collection, marking a significant investment in Mumbai’s real estate market.

This latest acquisition is not Shraddha Kapoor’s first foray into high-value real estate. In December 2024, she made headlines for renting a luxurious apartment in the upscale Juhu area of Mumbai, valued at Rs 6 lakh per month. The apartment covers an area of 3,929 sq ft and is located in a premium residential tower, on the third floor. Notably, Shraddha signed a 12-month lease and paid the rent for the entire term upfront. The apartment’s proximity to her parents’ home in Juhu adds further convenience for the actress.
