Shreya Gupto, who stars alongside Salman Khan in the action-packed Sikandar, recently shared a heartfelt anecdote about the Bollywood superstar’s generosity during filming. In an interview with Bombay Times, the actress highlighted a moment that showcased Salman’s kind nature, reinforcing why his stardom endures.

A Generous Gesture on Set
Reflecting on a scene from Sikandar, Shreya said, “Let me tell you a fun story. There was a scene where Salman Khan’s character, Sikandar, had to buy things for many kids in the film. And he actually bought them. He took all the kids to the mall and personally purchased everything. That day, I truly realized how generous and kind he is—giving comes naturally to him.” The gesture left a lasting impression on her, revealing a side of Salman beyond his on-screen persona.
Salman’s Stardom Rooted in Hard Work
Shreya also praised Salman’s dedication, linking it to his long-lasting success. “His stardom is absolutely justified—it’s the result of years of relentless hard work,” she noted. “People assume stars have it easy, but in reality, it takes dedication and consistency to sustain that level of success.” She added that many of Salman’s team members have been with him for decades, a testament to his character.
Playing a medical intern in Sikandar, Shreya contributed to the film’s gripping storyline but had little off-camera time with Salman. “If I had pushed myself to talk to him, I’m sure he would have been welcoming,” she said. “But security was tight on set, and we weren’t allowed to bring our phones since the makers were strict about preventing any behind-the-scenes footage from leaking.”
