Suniel Shetty recently bought a 1200-square-foot property in Mumbai for Rs 8.01 crore along with his son Ahan Shetty. The property is situated in the Khar area, according to Square Yards. A registration charge of Rs 30,000 and a stamp duty price of Rs 40.08 lakh were included in the transaction, which was finalised in October 2024.Properties in this region have previously been purchased by Athiya Shetty, the daughter of Suniel Shetty, and her husband, cricketer KL Rahul. According to IndexTap.com, Suniel Shetty’s daughter and son-in-law paid Rs 20 crore for an apartment in Pali Hill in July. The 3,350-square-foot home is situated on the second floor of Sandhu Palace’s ground floor plus 18 stories. The couple paid a Rs 30,000 registration cost and Rs 1.20 crore in stamp duty.
In addition to this, Suniel Shetty has a farmhouse in Khandala, which is two hours away by car from Mumbai. It is located in a gated neighbourhood of upscale homes. He also has a property on Altamont Road in Mumbai’s Prithvi Apartments. It is among Mumbai’s most exclusive addresses.
The actor previously disclosed that his father purchased every property where he worked as a manager and waiter in an interview with comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa. He shared, “His boss bought three buildings, and dad was eventually asked to manage them. When the boss retired, dad bought all three buildings. Today, I still have all three buildings. And that’s where our journey began.”
He also talked about his farmhouse and shared, “People today say, ‘You must see Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse,’ I built it 16 years ago! Back then, its financial valuation was perhaps (nothing) but my idea was to grow up with my children, Athiya and Ahan, to spend time with them over the weekend, do farming, all the trees there are planted by us. What had rocks before, there are more than 400 trees there. The house was built for this. That it is valuable now is a different story.”

On the work front, Suniel Shetty was last seen in ‘Operation Fryday’. He has ‘Hera Pheri 3’ and ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ in the pipeline.
