SRINAGAR: A 32-year-old tourist from Odisha died while three others sustained injuries after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district Wednesday.
Officials said the tempo-traveller carrying tourists from Odisha turned turtle at Daksum, injuring four tourists.
All were taken to a nearby hospital where Durgais Naik was declared dead on arrival while the other three — Vikram Kumar Naik (32), Surjit Kumar (35) and Basant Kumar (30) — were referred to Anantnag GMC for further treatment.
