An undertrial died when he jumped off a running train allegedly in a bid to escape police custody near Sarai Bhupat railway station in UP‘s Etawah district early on Friday.
Etawah SSP Sanjay Kumar said that undertrial Sonu Kumar Das died after he jumped off Swatantrata Senani Express while being taken to Bihar from Delhi around 2.30am on Friday.
