Uttarakhand govt will take responsibility for the care and education of a three-year-old, Shivani, who lost her parents in Monday’s accident. Shivani’s mother Charu (34), and father, Manoj Rawat (35), were among the 36 people who died in the crash. Shivani sustained severe injuries, including broken ribs and internal bleeding in her lungs.
